ohhh Lala Contest! UPDATE 10/31

AFTER!!! I had so much fun with the different shades of blue, and did a Verdigris patina on the scroll work and crevices , the sweet little birds nest is divine I love it! As you know I have a love of nests' and little birdies. Go to Fifi's blog to see all the amazing makeovers, I hope I will be in the top 14 ! Wish me luck!!

I'm so exited to take part in Fifi's contest, I'll be redoing a old sewing cabinet that is in pretty bad condition right now, I cant wait to finish it and show you all the results at the end of the contest. You all can join in too, hurry it ends Oct 31st ,it will be thrilling to see all the finished pieces, Fifi's link is up on my sidebar , wish me luck!!

What better way to spend a cold October evening than to sit in a quite house with a cup of real hot chocolate (none of that powered stuff) and find wonderful new blogs like yours! I can't wait to see how you refinish the sewing cabinet.

Hi... I found you through Fifi's and the minute I saw this gorgeous table I had to come by.... what an awesome job you did! I am wondering if you would share your techniques... I have a table ready to be painted, and I totally love the colors on yours and the antiquing but have no idea how to proceed.... color formula, products, procedures????? Please share! ;)

I love your furniture! Would you mind sharing how you get the swirls and stuff on the table? Paint? Stamps?
I can see I am not the first to ask but your stuff is just so adorable!
